You will not provide false information or impersonate any person or entity. Except registration fee, off-line consulting and settlement fee will be applicable separately. Use of Membership:

Your membership is for your personal use. It is not to be assigned transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person. Our site does not vouch or subscribe to claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, income or bride/groom.

Online Conduct:

You are responsible for the content and information including profile and photograph you post or transmit through MarriageMeet services. You will not post or transmit any content or information in whatever from they may be contained that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene or sexually oriented, profane, intimating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights.

Your membership will be automatically suspended if you send a "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message to other members.

Messages sent to opposite members should be of the purpose for finding the life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", and "Friendship" etc. we can show the above reason to terminate.

We reserve the right to modify your profile, if we find any prohibitive or objectionable content, or in case the contact details are entered in fields apart from where relevant like phone, e-mail, address field's etc. MarriageMeet may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith.

Membership Fees are not refundable under any circumstances if you choose to terminate the membership for any reason.

As to the infrastructure: MarriageMeet promises to take all reasonable efforts for the continued, secure and uninterrupted availability of the Services. However, MarriageMeet disclaims liabilities for interruption of non-availability of service, loss or damage of data due to infrastructure, mechanical and systemic failure/breakdown or due to events like rioting, war, Acts of God, Acts of State. In no event, shall the liability of MarriageMeet exceed the value of the Services paid up by the members.

This Agreement may be modified by MarriageMeet.com from time to time, effective upon notice to you as a member.

It is made very clear that MarriageMeet.com site works the following way:

It is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to MarriageMeet.com or otherwise. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other MarriageMeet.com members. MarriageMeet.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.
